    • Home Appliance Evaluation: Check the hot water heater and all other essential home appliances to confirm they are in optimal working condition.

    • Electrical Panel Review: Examine the electrical panel for any tripped breakers.

    • Commode Maintenance: Brush and flush all toilets in the home to maintain proper functionality.

    • Water System Cycling: Cycle water through all faucets to maintain system efficiency.

    • Screen Door & Lanai Check: Verify screen and lanai doors are in proper working condition.
